By accessing or using the Zexabit Gaming Solutions platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Zexabit provides digital marketing services tailored for the online betting, casino, and sports exchange industry. Services include but are not limited to SEO optimization, paid advertising management, social media marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing management, and analytics & conversion rate optimization.

3. Account Registration

• ●You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ●You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• ●You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• ●We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• ●Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a monthly basis. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• ●Multiple Subscriptions: You may subscribe to multiple services simultaneously. Each subscription is billed independently.
• ●Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until the next billing cycle after the notice period.
• ●Refunds: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. You can re-subscribe at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Marketing materials, strategies, and reports created as part of our services are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a separate agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zexabit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. While we use industry best practices, marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control.

10. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our marketing services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your operating jurisdictions, including gambling advertising regulations, data protection laws, and consumer protection requirements. Zexabit provides compliance guidance but does not guarantee regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
